FOR KNOWLEDGE WORKERS, CREATIVES AND ENTREPRENEURS
Personal Knowledge Vault
A 3-month 1-on-1 program to transform your scattered notes and ideas into a central, trusted vault of personal knowledge—so you can reclaim mental space, create and build from past insight, and grow your knowledge over time.
We live in an age where information is more abundant and important than ever.
Information is also the raw material of all your work as a knowledge worker.
But when there's too much of it, and no way to make sense of it, that gold turns into noise.
Your brain is not the problem
Your brain isn't broken. It's just full. And there's nowhere for all your thoughts to go.
We live in an age of constant inputs: feeds, inboxes, messages, meetings, notes. A thousand thoughts a day. No structure to hold them.
Without a trusted place to store them, you carry everything in your head. And you wonder why you feel overwhelmed.
For knowledge workers who need a home for their knowledge
You spend your days behind a screen. Trying to think, read and create. But your information is scattered across folders, documents and apps.
You're not short on ideas. You just need a structure that holds them.
This program helps you change that.
In 90 days, you'll build a vault that that securely stores all your precious information and knowledge—a place where clutter is transformed into clarity, knowledge and ideas become usable, reusable and meaningful. Not just now, but for the long run.
What You'll Build
In 90 days, we'll build a personal knowledge vault that brings clarity, structure, and flow to your digital life.
Month 1 — Laying the Foundation
Start by understanding the role of information in your life and work. Explore your note-taking tool (like Obsidian) and set up a clear, simple workflow.
Month 2 — Structuring the Vault
Organize your information into meaningful, reusable knowledge. Break down inputs into micro-notes, add structure and metadata, and begin designing a vault that reflects your life context.
Month 3 — Unlocking Its Power
Put your vault into motion. Capture new information effortlessly, connect ideas, surface what you need when you need it—and begin working from a base of stored, trusted knowledge.
By the end, you'll have a central, trusted vault of personal knowledge—built to grow with you and support deep thinking, creativity, and clarity.

5+ years experience in PKM (personal knowledge management)
Hi, I'm Muhammed Ali.
I explore how knowledge workers can gain more control over technology and information, so they can find more focus and flow in their work and life.
For over five years, I've been building systems to manage my own notes, ideas, and information—starting from the frustration of not knowing what to do with everything I collected.
That personal struggle and curiosity grew into a deeper practice.
I started using Obsidian 3+ years ago, learning how to capture, organize and reuse what I learn in my personal knowledge vault. Today, I help others do the same, through this program and as part of the Dutch Digital Fitness community.
My goal is to help people like you to find clarity, structure and flow in a world of digital overwhelm.
